Clea Bures brings a wealth of industry experience to her practice and to the Artegis team. After graduating from Stanford and Caltech, Clea worked as a senior software engineer at VLSI Technology/Compass Design Automation and Actel Corp. She also worked as a software architect at Virtual Silicon Technology.

Clea has worked with John Carey for over seven years and has drafted more than 250 patent applications. Clea is adept with all computer and software technologies including, for example, memory virtualization, gaming and graphics processing, complex software, object oriented programming, computer networks and network security, encryption and authentication, to name a few. Clea also has conducted numerous claims analyses for pre-litigation studies, both for invalidity and non-infringement purposes.
