Danny has exceptional technical expertise in electronics and computer systems, augmented by his advanced degree in electrical engineering and industry work experience. Danny has leveraged that expertise to build a robust patent application and prosecution practice that spans a wide array of technical areas, including automotive electronics, power electronics, complex circuitry, semiconductor fabrication technologies, processor and ASIC development and design, computer networks, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and virtualization technologies. Danny counsels clients of all makes and sizes, including Fortune 100 companies, smaller public companies, research universities, and early-stage and mid-stage start-ups.
Prior to joining Artegis, Danny was an associate attorney in the electrical/computer practice group at Thomas Horstemeyer. In law school, Danny was a member of the Law Review and interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
Prior to his legal career, Danny worked in industry as an electrical engineer, focusing on construction projects involving movable bridges and water management systems. While working as an engineer, Danny also taught engineering math courses at Valencia Community College as an adjunct professor.
