SUNNYVALE, CALIF., March 30, 2020 — Artegis Law Group is pleased to announce the of counsel hire of Flora Amwayi in its Sunnyvale, CA office to further enhance the firm’s line-up of highly technical and skilled lawyers.

Flora Amwayi has particular expertise in several areas of patent practice, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio analysis and counseling, and preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinions. She also has represented multiple clients in ex parte proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Flora’s technical expertise spans multiple disciplines, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, computer software and hardware, consumer electronics, semiconductor devices, telecommunications systems, camera imaging systems, vehicular technologies, and alternative energy technologies.

Flora graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2013 and with an B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2005.
