Artegis Law Group Expands Footprint to the East Coast with New Partner, Arvind Reddy
Artegis Law Group, a patent law firm trusted for its exceptional technical expertise and deep commitment to protecting innovation, announced the expansion of its operations to the East Coast with the addition of Arvind Reddy as a Partner in Atlanta, GA. With this move, Artegis now has coast-to-coast operating hubs, including Silicon Valley, Texas, and Georgia.
Reddy joins Artegis Law Group with an impressive range of intellectual property experiences and skills, including patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, crafting freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity strategies and opinions, and strategic patent portfolio counseling and development. Reddy's work as a software engineer at Motorola prior to attending law school has proved invaluable to his development as a top-flight patent practitioner, having written hundreds of patent applications covering a wide array of complex technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, and wireless communications, for such companies as VMware, Amazon, American Express, Broadcom, Georgia Pacific, Macom Technology Solutions, and many higher education institutions.
Reddy has served as a trusted advisor for over a decade to a diverse array of clients that include both early-stage start-ups and Fortune 500 public companies and is moving to Artegis from a senior leadership position held at his previous firm, Thomas Horstemeyer. Reddy’s leadership qualities and his success as a go-to advisor for his clients make him eminently qualified to lead Artegis Law Group’s East Coast expansion.
"Artegis Law Group offers a significant and sophisticated platform that I can leverage to grow my practice and continue to provide in-depth advisory services to clients. Especially exciting is Artegis’s reputation of being at the forefront of technological innovation, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence and robotics," stated Reddy. "I am privileged to be part of the Artegis team, sharing a deep commitment to excellence in client service and protecting the intellectual property rights of our clients. I look forward to continuing the firm’s growth and reach by leading our East Coast operations."
Artegis Law Group proudly welcomes Reddy as a senior leader, cementing the firm’s long-standing strategic objective of reaching both coasts and offering enhanced accessibility and support for companies across the United States and Europe.
"Arvind's practice expertise and client management and leadership skills provide the perfect skill set needed to expand Artegis’s geographic footprint," declared John Carey, Managing Partner at Artegis Law Group. ”Our expansion into Atlanta is strategically significant, allowing us to enhance service and offerings to clients along the eastern U.S. and in Europe. Given Atlanta's growing influence as home to numerous Fortune 500® companies, research institutions, and a vibrant tech community, proximity to Research Triangle Park, and the decision by the USPTO to open an office in Atlanta, we believe strongly in the growth impact of this location and Arvind’s ability to extend Artegis’s reach in his home city of Atlanta and beyond."
